When can I check in or check out?

Check-in: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Check out: 07:30 to 11:00 o'clock 

How do I change or cancel a reservation?
You can cancel or change the reservation you have made free of charge up to 1 month before the arrival date. In case of cancellation or change within 1 month before arrival date, we charge 25% of the total amount. For cancellations or changes within 24 hours before the arrival date (from 00:00), up to the departure date, we charge 100% of the total amount.

NB: Arrival day starts at 00:00, these conditions apply per hotel room.

Is there wifi available in the hotel?
The entire hotel is equipped with a WiFi network.

Does the hotel have its own parking spaces?
The hotel has one parking space for each room, but due to the hotel's central location, the number of parking spaces is limited. Our parking spaces are narrow, but free! Reservation is not possible.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed with us but not in the breakfast room.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
No, the entire hotel is non-smoking.
