CANCELLATION CONDITIONS PER ROOM
- You can cancel or change the reservation you have made free of charge up to 1 month before the arrival date,
- In case of cancellation or change within 1 month before arrival date, we charge 25% of the total amount,
- In case of cancellation or change within 24 hours before the arrival date (from 0.00 am), until the departure date, we will charge 100% of the total amount.
NB: Arrival day starts at 0:00 am, these conditions apply per hotel room.
We advise you to take out travel insurance with your bank or insurance company.
